I am a licensed Esthetician/Spa Technician with over 22 years of experience. My goal is to help people relax and enjoy life with less stress.

I am trained in various types of massage including:

* Aromatherapy (incoporating essential oils for your specific treatment)
* Swedish Massage - Ranging from gentle to deep pressure
* Sports/Therapeutic Massage - More aggressive technique which can focus on a particular troublesome area like a knee or shoulder.

Please note: I am not an RMT, so my services are unfortunately not generally covered by extended health plans.
