I had a truly frustrating experience with Urban Impact tile and flooring company, primarily due to Bruce, the contractor. His professionalism was severely lacking throughout the project. Not only did he demand payment before the signed contract was completed, but he also withheld previously purchased materials from me. This lack of transparency and integrity made the entire process stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise against using this company if you value professionalism and trust in your contractors.

Looking for the most punctual, professional, honest, reliable, dependable, tile and laminate flooring installer? LOOK NO FUTHER!!!! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Bruce for a Luxury Vinyl plank and tile installation. His attention to detail and follow through after finding other issues pertaining to my home was beyond what I expected. His professionalism and personably gave me the confidence I hired the right person to do the job. Being a senior, I was reluctant to hire private. I'm so happy I did. He doesn't take short cuts to get the job completed quicker. The final results exceeded my expectations! His patience's and pride in his work insured me to hire him again. Highly recommend!!! Top notch service!!! Thank you Bruce!!!
