My father was having a difficult time locating small springs for his stove dials. Not acheap appliance. Not even the manufacturer was able to help. I had met the owner of this amazing store on a few occasions. I told her about the situation. A week later at a restaurant she stops by my table and hands me exactly what my father needed. This was simply a committed business owner working hard. Using her resources to go above and to help a customer for a part worth a few dollars. I can't thank her enough.

Excellent service!!. Christina was very helpful identifying the issue with the appliance and provided the part. Convenient location on the Westside. Saved me $ not having to replace the appliance.
