Booking info

✰ Simply have your nails clean and polish-free prior to the appointment. They do not need to be shaped or cut!
✰ There are two appointment slots in a day, 9am and 2pm. If your schedule doesn’t line up with either of those, please message me and I'll see what I can do. Exceptions can more likely be made on the weekends.
✰ I encourage you to look up inspiration before your appointment and let me know ahead of time through instagram, facebook or email so I can plan the look before your visit! The inspiration can come from other techs’ work, paintings, prints, or any other form of art that speaks to you. While I cannot guarantee the design will be exact, I will try my best to get it as close as possible!
✰ I take pride in every set I put out! I only use professional products and take my time to ensure you are getting the nails that you want. Depending on the design you choose, it can take several hours to complete, so please keep that in mind when booking!
✰ I do not work on other nail techs’ work! If you have a set on before booking, please return to the Nail technician that did your set to have them removed.
✰ Communicate with me if you are going to be late to your appointment. Depending on how late you are, you may be charged with a late fee of $15.00 or more. Please do not no-show to your appointment. It really sucks for everyone involved, and you will have to pay another $25.00 non-refundable deposit before booking your next appointment! ☹
✰ A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. This fee will go towards the total cost of your set. Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid!
✰ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48hrs of your time slot will result in another non-refundable fee of $25.00 required before your next appointment.

Policies

✰ Full payment is to be given upon completion of the service. You can pay by cash or E-transfer (E-transfer may incur a service charge fee).
✰ New clients are required to fill out a waiver prior to the service application. A waiver will be sent by email when a service is booked.
✰ The longer time between appointments, the more growth will be presented on the nails, and the more product and time will be needed to refill the grown out enhancements. These variants will determine the final cost of the service.
✰ Any repairs needed between fills will have an extra charge. The cost will be determined by the complexity of the repair. Nail art or crystals are not included in this charge, and will cost extra.
✰ Following the service guidelines is required by all clients. Failure to do so will result in the immediate termination or cancellation of the service at any time.
✰ I, Painted Lady Beauty, am not responsible for anything that happens to your nails post appointment. If you experience any problems contact me and I will try to resolve them.
✰ All prices are subject to change.
✰ There will be no refunds given.
